The main objective of the new online application is to consolidate all the required data from various applications and display in the KPI’s format.
Following are the high-level features that are needed to be implemented in the new application:-- Create a web application, which can be accessed by all the dealers to see the details related to him/her.
- Regional team should have the option to see the details at dealer level and the consolidated details at regional level.
- National team should have the option to see the details at dealer level and the consolidated details at regional level or National level.
- Necessary authentication and authorization needs to be implemented.
- One in-house application should be given using which the business and marketing team can see all the details.
