A leading automobile manufacturer in Australia had significant investments in SAP, Microsoft SharePoint and 3rd party BPM system. One of the renowned auto-mobile company based out of Australia works with numerous applications built on various technologies by different vendors to manage the vehicle stocks, RDA details, Targets, Achievements, dealer performance etc. Business/Marketing team has the challenge to track the different details from different applications to take the decisions to improve the dealer’s performance.

The main objective of the new online application is to consolidate all the required data from various applications and display in the KPI’s format.

Following are the high-level features that are needed to be implemented in the new application:-
• Create a web application, which can be accessed by all the dealers to see the details related to him/her.
• Regional team should have the option to see the details at dealer level and the consolidated details at regional level.
• National team should have the option to see the details at dealer level and the consolidated details at regional level or National level.
• Necessary authentication and authorization needs to be implemented.
• One in-house application should be given using which the business and marketing team can see all the details.

Created necessary SQL jobs to get the data from different source. Given the provision to view the detailed data on click of KPI tile. Target Achievements. Vehicle Handover details. RDA details. Implemented the necessary Authentication and Authorization to restrict the access. Created a new application for the Internal employees to see all the dealer details.
